How do I find my IP address, MAC Address or check my network configuration?

Windows 95/98

  1. Select Run... from the Start menu
  2. Enter winipcfg in the dialog box and click OK
  3. You can find this file under the windows folder winipcfg.exe

Windows NT/Windows 2000/Windows XP

  1. Download Wntipcfg.exe: Windows NT IPConfig Utility here
